Pampered Paw Spa first priority is your pet. We aim to keep a clean and safe environment, and we strive to provide the highest standards possible when grooming and with the products we use. Below are some policies we have developed to ensure the safety and happiness of your pets while in our care.
We send out reminders 3 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24hrs before your appointment. If you cancel 24hrs or less, then you will be charged a cancellation charge of %50 of the groom/bath cost. We will charge your card on file (if you have it on file) or send you an invoice of %50 of the groom/bath cost. This must be paid before your next appointment.
If you are running late. Please let us know. You have up to 10 mins after the appointment time. If it's after 10 mins the groomer has the right to turn you away and reschedule your appointment.
You have 45min to pick up your fur baby after we send you a text message or call letting you know he/she is ready for pick up. We are not a daycare and can't take your fur baby outside to use the restroom. After 45mins we will charge $10 per hr. for a boarding fee. If your fur baby is still here after 5pm (Holiday Hours might be different) we will charge $20 per half an hour.
